Hat Info The Richardson 930 "Troutdale" is vintage style at its best. With a bit of 1960's outdoorsman flair, this hat looks amazing while being incredibly comfortable.

This is the only unstructured hat we carry, but you'd barely notice with the pinch front design and corduroy fabric doing their job to keep the crown shaped up. This makes it a surprisingly good fit for adorning patches.

Even the mesh is softer and more comfortable than normal Richardson hats. We think this one is a winner and we really hope they keep it around long-term.

Our Opinion

I've always loved corduroy so I was really optimistic about the 930. I'm happy to say it didn't dissapoint.

We don't carry many unstructured hats since they don't normally play well with patches, but I had to make an exception for the 930. The pinch front crown stays put and looks great as it is, but applying a patch gives it even more structure while keeping it's laid back throwback style.

The only downside is that I'd like to carry all of the color combo's, but haven't been able to find them yet. Hopefully we'll be able to source the rest of the colors soon.
